Pre-Spot Stain Removal

We will pre-spot your carpets for all difficult stains. We will carry out specialist stain removal techniques on stains that are of particular concerns to you, or that we know will be difficult to remove using non-specialist techniques.

Heavy Duty Pre Spray

A specially formulated pre-spray is applied to break down tough dirt embedded deep within your carpet fibres. This step helps to loosen up soil and grime, preparing the carpet for the deep cleaning phase and ensuring a more effective overall clean.

Hot Water Extraction

We use a high-powered hot water extraction machine that sprays heated water into the carpet at high pressure. This method effectively breaks up dirt and grime, while the powerful vacuum extracts dirt, cleaning solution, and moisture, leaving your carpets cleaner and fresher.

Residue Rinse

After cleaning, we apply a residue-free rinse to ensure that no cleaning agents are left behind in your carpet. This step helps preserve the carpet’s integrity and prevents rapid re-soiling, meaning your carpets stay cleaner for longer.

Protective Foil Tabs

Furniture is carefully repositioned, and protective foil tabs are placed under the legs to prevent any moisture from causing furniture dye transfer or damage to the freshly cleaned carpet. These tabs help safeguard your carpets as they dry fully.

Grooming

Finally, we use a grooming rake to align and untangle the carpet fibres, ensuring a smooth, even finish. This step helps speed up the drying process and leaves the carpet looking neat, refreshed, and ready to use.

Adam and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were able to accommodate a same day carpet cleaning as we were moving house and I had recently discovered the previous owner had a dog (which we are allergic to even though we love all animals!) and booked to move furniture in the next morning. We got lucky they had a cancelation and were able to get in and do the job quickly. The carpets look brand new and we are so grateful for the wonderful and quick service. Adam and Harry came to clean carpets in my recently purchased house. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were both lovely guys and a real pleasure to deal with. I had an issue as the previous owners had cats who had clearly urinated in the lounge. Adam came back the next day to sort a stubborn patch in the lounge. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently had two three-seater faux suede sofas cleaned by A Z Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.The sofas are around 10 years old and have certainly seen plenty of use, with kids and pets contributing their fair share of stains and wear over the years. Adam and Harry arrived exactly when they said they would, and throughout the visit they were courteous, professional, and respectful of my home.They did a fantastic job on the sofas. I wouldn’t say they’re quite brand new, but they’re very close! The cleaning took a little longer than originally anticipated, but they honoured the quoted price without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service.The price was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.
