A specially formulated pre-spray is applied to break down tough dirt embedded deep within your carpet fibres. This step helps to loosen up soil and grime, preparing the carpet for the deep cleaning phase and ensuring a more effective overall clean.

We use a high-powered hot water extraction machine that sprays heated water into the carpet at high pressure. This method effectively breaks up dirt and grime, while the powerful vacuum extracts dirt, cleaning solution, and moisture, leaving your carpets cleaner and fresher.

After cleaning, we apply a residue-free rinse to ensure that no cleaning agents are left behind in your carpet. This step helps preserve the carpet’s integrity and prevents rapid re-soiling, meaning your carpets stay cleaner for longer.

Furniture is carefully repositioned, and protective foil tabs are placed under the legs to prevent any moisture from causing furniture dye transfer or damage to the freshly cleaned carpet. These tabs help safeguard your carpets as they dry fully.

Finally, we use a grooming rake to align and untangle the carpet fibres, ensuring a smooth, even finish. This step helps speed up the drying process and leaves the carpet looking neat, refreshed, and ready to use.
