I recently had my sofa, lounge carpet and hallway carpet professionally cleaned, and I’m extremely pleased with the results.From the start, the communication was excellent. Adam and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were able to accommodate a same day carpet cleaning as we were moving house and I had recently discovered the previous owner had a dog (which we are allergic to even though we love all animals!) and booked to move furniture in the next morning. We got lucky they had a cancelation and were able to get in and do the job quickly. The carpets look brand new and we are so grateful for the wonderful and quick service. Would highly recommend for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!

Adam and Harry came to clean carpets in my recently purchased house. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were both lovely guys and a real pleasure to deal with. I had an issue as the previous owners had cats who had clearly urinated in the lounge. Adam came back the next day to sort a stubborn patch in the lounge. If you want your carpets cleaned, look no further!!!!! 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently had two three-seater faux suede sofas cleaned by A Z Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.The sofas are around 10 years old and have certainly seen plenty of use, with kids and pets contributing their fair share of stains and wear over the years. Adam and Harry arrived exactly when they said they would, and throughout the visit they were courteous, professional, and respectful of my home.They did a fantastic job on the sofas. I wouldn’t say they’re quite brand new, but they’re very close! The cleaning took a little longer than originally anticipated, but they honoured the quoted price without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service.The price was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A Z Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. Excellent job all round.

I don’t want to hurt your business but I also don’t want you hurting our environment a street level rain water gulley is completely irresponsible to pour your dirty cleaning water soloution down. these systems are often connected to rivers and streams so you are essentially disposing toxic chemicals into waterways the way you casually pour bucket loads down suggest this is common practice for you. It’s completely irresponsible and potentially detrimental to your business! Do better and educate yourself, why not pour it down the customer toilet that way it doesn’t end up in rivers and streams disappointed to see our environment treated like this! So if you are proud of our surrounding nature and waterways I do not recommend this company 😡

Fantastic speedy service, really helpful and even called us after to check in on the standard and update on the mattress drying. Would recommend and would use again.

We have benefitted from a fabulous job after a water spill on our velvet covered sofa left marks which we thought could never be removed. One hour after the job was started we were delighted to be shown a completely restored surface and appearance. Thank you!

Outstanding service. Provided a deep clean for a friend after a medical incident due to serious illness. They did the clean within 24 hours of the request and treated my friend with such kindness and compassion. Highly recommend!

I thought i had to get rid of the carpet in my living room as it was filthy, i thought i would bring a carpet cleaner in just too see if there was a slight improvement, i was absolutely shocked when Harry and Adam came and were in an out within the hour, really friendly and chatty brought my carpets back too life, they look brand new again. I can’t thank them enough, saved me atleast £500 getting new carpets.

At very short notice Jason came to my office after been recommended by a colleague of mine Peter who had all his offices cleaned came at short notice and completed cleaning and deodorising all my reception area smells absolutely super clean fresh I will also recommend to my colleagues who have offices areas that need cleaning much cheaper than replacing my carpets thanks Again .

Did a great job and accepted a last minute booking no problem.Unlike another carpet cleaner I enquired with, AZ had no trouble getting their machine upstairs to my flat, and they finished the job quicker than expected. Couldn't fault them at all!
